Do I need to type in my invoices?
No. Forward the email, snap a photo or upload a PDF. We read every line. If a supplier sends you a napkin, we'll have a go at that too.
What counts as a "site"?
One kitchen with its own deliveries. A café with a dark kitchen round the back is two sites; a pub with a beer garden is one.
Does it connect to my till?
Not yet — till integrations are on the roadmap. At launch you enter the week's takings on a Sunday (one number, or a CSV) and that's enough for actual GP.
How long does setup take?
Invoices: 10 minutes. Recipes: an afternoon with a coffee, and we'll import any spreadsheet you already have. Most kitchens see their first margins within 48 hours.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the app, in two taps. We'd rather you stayed because it works, not because it's hard to leave.
Is my supplier pricing private?
Yes. Your prices are yours. We never share, sell or benchmark them against other customers without asking first.
